Chiara Aurora
IGT Bianco Alta Valle della Greve
From the happy union of some white grapes in our Ruffoli and Dudda vineyards – a part of which is used to produce the splendid RICHIARI, exclusively assigned to ENOTECA PINCHIORRI – was born the new version of CHIARA AURORA. A delicate and fresh expression of the territory, obtained by pressing the previously cooled grapes, then leaving the must in contact with the skins for some time, then – after a careful separation – the alcoholic fermentation takes place, at controlled temperature. The result is a wine with a bright, lively color, with a pale yellow hue, with a slightly aromatic aroma, with light hints of passion fruit, pear, broom and yellow peach. To the taste brings a feeling of freshness and liveliness, with a hint of acidity that makes it pleasantly refreshing and with a long aromatic after taste.
